Fresh mussels are cooked with shallots, garlic, white wine, butter, pimento peppers and Buona Vita Raw Linked Sweet Sausage.

Olive oil
Fresh mussels
Chopped shallots
Chopped garlic
Pimento peppers, drained
White wine
Butter
In a medium sauté pan on medium heat with oil, cook the Buona Vita Raw Linked Sweet Sausage, browning evenly on all sides.
Cut each link into smaller bite size pieces and put back in pan.
Using the same pan, heat the mussels, shallots, garlic, and peppers in the white wine. Cover and allow to cook at high heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
Finish by adding the butter, stir and serve!
