Hearth Roasted Pork Stuffed with Sausage

Delicious and simple, Buona Vita Raw Bulk Sweet Sausage is mixed with breadcrumbs, diced sweet onions and fragrant apples then stuffed in a pork tenderloin that is roasted.


1 lb.

Buona Vita Raw Bulk Sweet Sausage

6 lb.

Pork loin roast, trimmed

6 Tbsp.

Unsalted butter


Red apple, peeled and diced


Medium white onion, diced

2 cups

Italian Bread crumbs

1/2 cup

Olive oil



Pre-Heat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.


Brown Buona Vita Raw Bulk Sweet Sausage in large pan on medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes.


Add butter to the pan and sauté apples and onions until translucent.


Mix the sausage and apple mixture with the bread crumbs.


Butterfly the pork loin open, working lengthwise, and cut the loin into a large flat piece of meat.


Spread sausage mix atop and roll tightly. Secure with cooking twine. Season all sides with salt and pepper.


Heat olive oil to large skillet and sear pork on all sides. Transfer to baking sheet and bake in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.


Let rest for 10 minutes and carve.
