Super Bowl Stuffed Jalapeños
This creamy combination of cheeses spiked with Buona Vita Raw Bulk Hot Sausage is stuffed into a jalapeño that is wrapped in bacon and roasted to perfection.
Ingredients
1/2 lb.
Buona Vita Raw Bulk Hot Sausage

Jalapeños
1 cup
Cream cheese
1/2 cup
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Slices of bacon, cut in half
Directions
Step1
Preheat an oven to 400° Fahrenheit.
Step2
Brown Buona Vita Raw Bulk Hot Sausage in a pan on high heat and drain off the extra fat. Mix with the cream cheese and Monterey Jack.
Step3
Cut the jalapeños in half, removing the seeds and membrane and fill with the sausage mixture.
Step4
Wrap with bacon and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
