Thanksgiving Sausage Stuffing

SERVES 6 TO 8Dinner Linked Sweet Sausage

Buona Vita Raw Linked Sweet Sausage is mixed with diced carrots, celery, onion, chicken stock, rosemary and toasted sourdough bread and baked to golden goodness.


1/2 lb.

Buona Vita Raw Linked Sweet Sausage, sliced thin

1 cup

Diced carrots

1 cup

Diced celery

1 cup

Diced onion

1 Tbsp.


4 cups

Diced sourdough bread cubes, toasted

2 cups

Chicken stock



1 Tbsp.

Chopped rosemary



Preheat the oven to 375° Fahrenheit.


Roast Buona Vita Raw Linked Sweet Sausage on a sheet pan for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and dice into large bite size pieces.


In a sauté pan on medium heat, cook the carrot, celery and onion until translucent.


Transfer to a bowl and mix with the bread, sausage, stock, egg and rosemary.


Place in an oven-proof pan and bake covered with foil for 35 minutes, uncover and continue to bake for 15.

All Buona Vita products are designed to be reheated to an internal temperature of 165 Degrees prior to serving.
