Fall into a classic recipe made even better with Buona Vita Rope Hot Sausage! Tender, juicy sausage is mixed with chunky tomato sauce, al dente rigatoni, parsley and parmesan cheese.


3/4 lb.

Buona Vita Raw Rope Hot Sausage

4 cups

Cooked rigatoni

2 cups

Chunky marinara

1/2 cup

Shredded parmesan

2 Tbsp.

Chopped parsley



Dice Buona Vita Raw Rope Hot Sausage into large bite size pieces.


Brown in a pan on high heat for 5 to 7 minutes and add the tomato sauce.


Bring to a slight simmer and fold in the pasta, parmesan and parsley.
